True open community spirit

I like the concept of "true community spirit" very much, where persons and organizations, that work on one project help those ones of another project to fix their problems.

Here's one example, that is particularly interesting for Chinese language support on Ubuntu Linux. Novell developers wrote this how-to guide, that helps fix flaws in the display of Chinese characters on recent Ubuntu distributions.

I've already used it several times.
