Browse and process RAW image files from Nikon, Canon and other digital camera models. There are already several good raw conversion and processing programs available. Unfortunately, many of them are relatively expensive or difficult to master. Or both. RAW PhotoDesk offers an inexpensive and easy-to-use alternative. Using Nikon's own SDK file library (no other programs needed), RAW PhotoDesk will read and process NEF files from practically all current Nikon models (including D2X and D70). Unlike some other programs, RAW PhotoDesk uses all in-camera settings (curves, white balance, contrast, sharpening, etc.). RAW PhotoDesk can even do a few things that Nikon Capture can't, like adding overlay text and create Web galleries.

Version 2.3 includes support for the latest Nikon models, including Nikon D80 and D40.
