StatPlanet Map Maker is a free program for creating your own customized interactive thematic maps and graphs (choropleth maps, proportional symbol maps, bar charts and scatterplot graphs). Data can be imported and visualized within seconds, or entered manually. Two versions are included - one for publishing your maps online (as a Flash file), and an offline stand-alone version which does not require the Flash Player to be installed. The appearance can be customized. For example, you can change the map colors, show or hide map details, and zoom into a particular continent or region.

Version 1.3 features improved user interface and new graph options.
