Q. How much can an SAP HR functional consultant with seven years of experience--six years of specific SAP experience--and who holds an MBA in HR, expect in terms of compensation?
Career advice from Kelly Chua, consultant, IT&T, Singapore, Hudson:
In the Singapore market, the SAP HR functional consultant can expect between S$5,000 (US$3,419) and S$6,500 (US$4,445) a month, excluding fixed or variable bonuses. Compensation also depends on several factors such as:
Consultants at the left hand of the scale (i.e. regional role, banking and consulting environment, implementation, contract role) are likely to command the upper end of the salary range.
Is it critical to have a techinical background to have a carrer as a functional Erp consultant in modules like Distribution and accounts. What are the oppurtinities and rewards-financial and carrerwise?
Is the earning rate in Singapore for SAP HR 6 years experience with ECC6.0 certification still the same? Thanks for the help.
U will be considered as fresher and your pay will be of fresher level and the salary range depends on company's standards.
