Overview

PixelPoint 2000 is one of the first multifeatured, SQL-based hospitality point-of-service (POS) applications designed expressly for the restaurant industry by PixelPoint. The challenge was to create a restaurant point of service (POS) application on a SQL database foundation that would be robust, scalable, easy-to-use, and customizable by non-computer-savvy restaurant operators. The solution implemented was PixelPoint 2000 POS application powered by SQL Anywhere Studio. The solution is available in wireless and LAN-based versions. The result was increased loyalty from resellers of the product.
