Overview

An international management consulting company wanted business intelligence on biodiversity. The company needed to understand the different technologies/ applications/ activities which come under "Biodiversity" and "Climate change" (energy efficiency and renewable energy). They also wanted to identify SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) involved in these applications/ activities in 24 target countries. The company wanted highly manpower intensive and yet skilled work that required and understanding of technologies.
