High Court of Punjab and Haryana Achieves Transparency in Recruitment Processes

Overview

Established in 1966, the High Court of Punjab and Haryana oversees subordinate courts and tribunals and has appellate jurisdiction in the Indian territories of Punjab and Haryana. The Court wanted to enable efficient processing of job applications on a large scale and ensure fair and transparent recruitment processes. The challenge was to reduce costs and labor requirements for selecting, contacting, examining, and appointing job applicants. The Court deployed high-performance Oracle Database infrastructure to capture and store applicant details and job information.
