Use AutoArchive to Back Up or Delete Items

Overview

The user's Microsoft Office Outlook mailbox grows as they create and receive items. To manage the space in the mailbox or on the mail server, the user might need another place to store - archive - old items that are important but rarely used. AutoArchive handles this storage process automatically, moving items to an archive location, an Outlook Personal Folders file (.pst), but user can customize most of the default settings to fit the storage needs.
