The Dutch Child Protection Board Streamlines Processes With Scalable Case Management Solution

Overview

The Dutch Child Protection Board, part of the Ministry of Justice, defends and protects the rights of children who are at risk relative to their development and upbringing. The Dutch Child Protection Board wanted to connect the systems and databases supporting the board's 22 sites and make management and policy information more readily available to authorized users and streamline the management of child cases and enable record exchanges with other chain partners. The challenge was to link information about children, families, representatives, and chain partners to enable the board's staff to make more informed decisions. The Dutch Child Protection Board improved management of cases with a new operating process system developed by Oracle partner Accenture using Siebel Public Sector Case Management.
