MSDN Webcast: 24 Hours of SQL Server: Synchronize Your Data Using the Microsoft Sync Framework (Level 100)

Overview

The presenter of this webcast looks at how Contoso is empowering its mobile workforce to work and synchronize data when away from the office. Contoso has agents and employees out in the field, either delivering or collecting consignments, inspecting consignments, or visiting customers to quote jobs. These field employees use a variety of devices, from Pocket PCs to tablet PCs. To ensure that these employees have the latest information, Contoso is updating its applications to take advantage of the Microsoft Sync Framework to let these devices store data locally, run executables, and sync the data later. This webcast covers the Sync Framework and describes how to best create these types of applications.
