Biocel Paskov is a leading Czech processor of wood and one of the top European producers of sulphite pulp. Biocel Paskov wanted to provide managers with live intelligence about incoming wood chips shipments, including information on volumes, quality, and prices and implement a system to generate reports and simplify their distribution to all users via a simple interface. The challenge was to create a single sign-on capability to ensure security while minimizing the burden on users. Biocel Paskov implemented Oracle Business Intelligence to provide managers with a real-time view of all data relating to incoming wood chips shipments and pricing.
