Overview

Medical Management International (MMI) of Alpharetta needed a software solution that provided the ability to securely access patient data and documents, manage time and billing, improve productivity providing a comprehensive workflow solution that stepped the case managers through the entire process of managing cases for multiple patients. With FileVision, MMI case managers still travel to patient locations spending much of their day in the field but they now manage each case from start to finish using tablet PCs and the FileVision information relationship management solution. By the time they finish an interview with a patient, all the paperwork is complete and billing has been documented.
