Avon Chile Consolidates Information and Improves Control and Administration of Financial Planning

Overview

Avon Chile wanted to implement a flexible, scalable IT infrastructure to improve financial planning control and consolidate financial information to extend visibility of reliable, up-to-date information throughout the organization. The challenge was to standardize financial information to make monthly financial reports available online and in real time for timely management decision making and reduce manual procedures and reprocessing of information to improve the quality of financial analysis. Avon Chile worked with Oracle Partner Union Consulting to implement an IT infrastructure, achieving synergy among financial areas and better control of financial planning as well as consolidated financial information with Oracle's Hyperion Planning, extending visibility of up-to-date information throughout the organization.
