| Anhui Telecom Company Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Telecom, the largest fixed service telecommunications provider in China. Anhui Telecom offers voice, data, internet, multimedia, and information services to more than 10.5 million customers in the province of Anhui. Anhui Telecom wanted to build a data warehouse to process and integrate information across the business and store and refine information for operational analysis and decision support systems. The challenge was to provide open architecture, rapid response and comprehensive user support and support complex data sources and provide scalability to manage explosive data growth. Anhui Telecom deployed Oracle Database 10g as the basis of a data warehouse to analyze statistics and support policies across the business.

| Swedish Medical Center is the largest nonprofit healthcare provider in the Greater Seattle area, with three hospital locations in Seattle, a freestanding emergency room and specialty center in Issaquah (East King County), and a network of 12 primary care clinics. Swedish Medical Center wanted to ensure that patient information is available when and where a provider needs it and improve the organization's ability to manage patient records and provide quality care. The challenge was to improve productivity. Swedish Medical Center implemented Oracle Enterprise Content Management Suite to deliver a content-enabled Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to ensure that patient information is readily available at the point of care and accelerated the creation and management of patient records, allowing staff to focus on other responsibilities.

| The Dutch Child Protection Board, part of the Ministry of Justice, defends and protects the rights of children who are at risk relative to their development and upbringing. The Dutch Child Protection Board wanted to connect the systems and databases supporting the board's 22 sites and make management and policy information more readily available to authorized users and streamline the management of child cases and enable record exchanges with other chain partners. The challenge was to link information about children, families, representatives, and chain partners to enable the board's staff to make more informed decisions. The Dutch Child Protection Board improved management of cases with a new operating process system developed by Oracle partner Accenture using Siebel Public Sector Case Management.

| Procuraduria Federal del Consumidor (Office of the Federal Prosceutor for the Consumer), known as Profeco has 56 offices and sub-offices, 60 service units, a call center, and 700 users throughout the country. The challenge was to ensure financial information visibility throughout the organization to guarantee transparency in processes and make performance indicators available for quick strategic decision making. Procuraduria Federal del Consumidor worked with Unisys de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. to implement Oracle E-Business Suite modules, creating a unified application infrastructure and made administrative processes visible throughout the organization.

| Web Report Studio is a web-based reporting tool with many capabilities added over the course of three major releases. The upcoming release adds many new features driven by requests from users. This paper organizes the key capabilities in Web Report Studio 4.2 into categories. Virtually all features affect the user interface, and the first section describes key UI enhancements that are designed to improve the user experience. New prompting makes reporting more flexible for consumers and can minimize the number of reports needed. OLAP cubes enable fast navigation of the data, and enhancements will get the specific rollups one need. Visualization helps one understand report information quickly, and Web Report Studio 4.2 includes a number of graph enhancements, such as annotated reference lines.
