It needed to increase Web site use from a base of 200,000 visits a month to at least 300,000 and accelerate Web page updates and improve organizational credibility by giving authors flexibility and editorial control over making updates to their material. Energy Saving Trust enabled authors to edit content online and load updates in one day rather than in two, on average, using an open source content management solution called eZ Publish from Vision with Technology, driven by a three-node Oracle cluster.
