| Drain Exhaust Service Inc (name changed on request), CA based exhaust cleaning company provides a portfolio of services to its clientele. Drain Exhaust Service Inc picks up most of its sales leads from online Yellow Page. Business Development Manger didn't find an easy way to enter these sales leads into the contact manager. When looking through online yellow pages, it took too long to cut and paste into their marketing database. They learned about ListGrabber from ZDNet.com and downloaded the trial version and used it for a couple of days and then purchased it. Using ListGrabber, they started building up the marketing database. It was easy to use, did what I was told it would do, so no implementation process required.

| ActionCOACH is a Business Coaching and Training company founded in 1993 by entrepreneur and author Brad Sugars. ActionCOACH advertises for coaches on job boards. They use job boards search for prospects that reside within the allotted territory, have business background as well as experience in coaching, training, managing etc. The process of searching resumes of prospects and manually processing them took at least 4 hours every day. It greatly reduced the numbers of calls they could make each day and the connect time with prospects. The company chanced upon ResumeGrabber while searching the Google for possible solutions to address the inefficiencies in their work-flow.
