Overview

The Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) describes class driver architecture for personal computer (PC) audio solutions supported in the next version of the Microsoft Windows operating system, codenamed “Windows Longhorn.” This paper provides information about how the USB Audio specifications are implemented by Usbaudio.sys, the Microsoft UAA class driver for USB audio devices.
