Overview

Microsoft Windows XP Embedded provides the ability to build a customized operating system image which contains the components and technologies that are appropriate for your specific device. In this paper, you will learn how to build a Windows XP Embedded Shell Component. A custom shell component can be selected in the same manner as the standard Explorer Shell.
