HP Revitalizes Multispecialty Clinic's IT Environment

Overview

Physicians' Clinic of Iowa P.C. (PCI) is a physician owned medical group with four sites in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. In early 2005, PCI decided to replace its aging technology environment with a new infrastructure that would more efficiently connect all of its Cedar Rapids offices. HP supported PCI and EnCompass in designing and implementing the new system. IT management is accomplished through the use of HP Systems Insight Manager, Altiris Deployment Solution and Windows Terminal Services Manager. EnCompass provided the smart planning advice that Johnson wanted, configured the servers and helped with deployment.
