Windows Vista Helps the Source Lower IT Workload and Improve Security

Overview

The Source wanted to improve management and security of its 450 desktops and notebooks, the majority of which run on Windows XP Service Pack 2. A pilot deployment and a business-value case study that included a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis showed how upgrading The Source's PCs to Windows Vista, the next-generation PC operating system, would provide these benefits.
