Integrated Solution Helps Drancy City Hall Prepare for Election Season

Overview

Located a few miles northeast of Paris, the city of Drancy has 62,500 residents. At Drancy City Hall, employees need to communicate, share information, and create complex and attractive documents. During election season, the ability to work together quickly and efficiently is especially critical. However, the city's existing IT systems were difficult for employees to use, and IT mangers found it cumbersome to set up and customize individual workstations. To help improve productivity and teamwork, Drancy City Hall worked with Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Exakis to deploy an integrated solution based on Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, the 2007 Microsoft Office system, and Windows Vista.
