Lucky Market Group Moves Towards Greater Service Excellence With Intel Technology

Located in the populous city of Phnom Penh, Lucky Market Group runs two department stores and three supermarkets, with ambitious plans to expand by over 10 more branches by 2020. Lucky Market Group's main challenge was to manage massive product lines and numerous suppliers to deliver a great shopping experience for customers. To do that, the retailer needed to reduce downtime in generating purchase orders, managing warehouse inventory and reduce human errors during operations. Working together with blue Technology and Intel, Lucky Market Group added four more servers running on Intel Xeon processors to its workflow, locating one standalone server in each of its five branches, while retaining two servers for its main branch.
