Although Prudential California Realty - San Bruno is the most successful Prudential single office franchise in North America, management wanted to improve agents' productivity on the road through a mobile computing solution that would eliminate paper and reduce trips back to the office. The franchise deployed Criterion Corporation's REDTablet solution, which includes a Tablet PC running the Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC Edition operating system and Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003. Together with a digital camera and a portable printer, the solution adds up to an office that can be carried over the shoulder in a portfolio case.
