The company had been an early adopter of Palm® smartphones and sought an updated Windows Mobile® solution that could easily integrate with third-party applications.

The Needle & Rosenberg implementation included Palm Treo smartphones running on the Windows Mobile platform and a variety of value-added commercial software. The solution has resulted in more efficient attorneys, patent agents, and science advisors who utilize phone, email, web, and productivity applications to enhance their mobile responsiveness to clients and colleagues.
