| Endesa, S.A. (Empresa Nacional de Electricidad) is Spain's largest energy company, providing electricity to 10 million homes, with further stakes in natural gas and renewable energy. In an effort to improve maintenance and usage of its 4,000 printers, scanners, copiers and fax machines, Endesa signed a five-year Managed Print Services (MPS) contract with HP. The company needed a solution that would allow to consolidate the fleet, centralise management, enhance technical support and streamline cost centre accounting. To enable usage monitoring and cost tracking of all devices, HP installed MegaTrack software. This was integrated with a bespoke online Printing Service Portal, to provide custom reporting on the print environment, information about e-learning, driver installation and general information.
