Software Data Based Method Application in China

Overview

As Chinese economy has been growing fast in recent years, the software industry is also in a big rise. Because many Chinese customers' business environment is rapidly changing, they usually can not provide stable business demand to the software developing organizations. The worse is that they usually lack the necessary project management skill to perform effective project management, especially the data driven skill. This paper presents some data based methods, including IFPUG FPA, ISBSG benchmarking method and EV model to improve the customer's project management ability.
