Overview

Kuveyt Turk Participation Bank aims to bring diligence to the interest-free banking system, and to research new fields of investment. Kuveyt Turk wanted to cut the administrative burden on the Human Resources (HR) departments by empowering staff across the business and eliminate dependence on time-consuming paper-based workflows for absence requests. The challenge was to integrate HR systems with the banking system to automate financial transactions and enable insight into HR requirements and processes across the organization. Kuveyt Turk empowered 1,800 employees (working in 100 branches spread across 36 provinces) to manage their own human resources requirements and eliminated paperwork and improved traceability for absence requests by introducing online workflows for approval.
