Extending ECM to the Back-Office Palm Beach Community College's Use of ECM to Improve Human Relations and Other Back-Office Processes

Overview

Palm Beach Community College (PBCC) serves approximately 47,000 students in one of the largest counties in Florida. They wanted to get more from an ECM investment by using it to enhance back-office processes at Palm Beach Community College. PBCC deployed DocFinity, from Optical Image Technology which is being used to improve efficiencies in Human Resources and Contracts as well as in Student Services (Registration, Admissions, and Financial Aid).
