The challenge was to integrate and improve management of financial processes. ICE implemented Oracle Financials to create an integrated financial management system that helps to improve operational efficiency and support future growth and relied on Software Design's expertise in reporting, order management, and receivables to customize the Oracle modules to meet the unique needs of ICE's international offices.
