Working with Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Proactive Performance Solutions, Inc., Eagleville Foundation implemented a document records management solution based on the 2007 Microsoft Office system. Using the Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007 information-gathering program, a Web-based Incident Report Form was made available to employees from an internal Web site.
