The Client is a worldwide leader in software, services and solutions which help people and businesses realize their full potential. The Client's Human Resources (HR) staff was in need of a centralized contact management application which allowed candidates and roles to be universally tracked. The application needed to provide contact management across several independent staffing groups within their company. The Client also required an application that was easy to maintain internally. Two Degrees Consulting quickly deployed MS CRM 3.0, which allows candidate information to be stored in a centralized database, with the added ability to access and update candidate information from multiple locations.
