Overview

Now, by mandate of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, CEOs and CFOs have to attest personally to the veracity of their financial statements. More than ever, companies need to align customers, suppliers and their own organizations in one strategic direction.
