Overview

RANE was in need of Project Management to assist in coordinating and managing their built-to-suit office and retail relocation and hired Lucia Carter and her Project Management Team, while at her former firm. Lucia created a timeline of tasks and responsibilities required to commence and ultimately complete the relocation. A move team was put in place, kick-off meetings conducted for all components, and plans instituted to coordinate, manage and complete each task. Lucia formulated an initial budget for all components based on her project experience and long-term relationships with various vendors that optimize her buying power. These vendor relationships also ensure that TRANE receives the highest level of service and attention to detail from the vendors.
