EDF Group wanted to create a human resource management information system capable of supporting the group's initiatives, including mobility management and labor force and skills management programs and promote a full-employment policy and elevate internal performance. The challenge was to support managers in managing daily mobility, focusing on cutting-edge business areas. The group implemented Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management applications - allowing managers to create an integrated link between the pool of mobile employees and available posts and enabled employees to consult their administrative and mobility files, subscribe to vacant post listings, apply for positions online, and follow-up on their applications.
