To help manage products, Dunham & Smith Agencies has migrated a mobile application created in 1998 to the Windows Mobile platform. The new system allows field representatives to more easily capture and upload images to a Web site for customers to view their in-store displays. Pictures are now available within minutes instead of hours after they are taken, and creating and measuring performance happens within days instead of months. As a result, business productivity is up by more than 50%.
