| HRMall Inc., established in 2006 by Philippines-based Ayala Corporation, is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization which offers integrated Human Resources (HR) and payroll support services to companies in the Ayala group. The company created HRMall after recognizing the need to streamline HR functions across the group. Many of its companies were using different HR systems and some were not using any software to manage these functions. After a rigorous evaluation process, HRMall selected Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management as the platform for its services.

| AT&T Inc. wanted to upgrade the company's existing Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to accommodate recent communications industry acquisitions and more easily incorporate international operating companies. The challenge was to support centralization of business operations to achieve greater consistency, data reliability, and global visibility. AT&T Inc. worked with Oracle Consulting to upgrade to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 to accommodate the company's recent acquisitions as well as its international companies, operating in 85 countries with more than 70 currencies and enabled users to perform multiple tasks - including entering and paying invoices - across operating units.

| GoodHope Asia Holdings Ltd (GAHL) is the holding company for overseas oil palm plantations run by Carson Cumberbatch PLC, an organization with interests in a diverse group of businesses in Colombo, Sri Lanka and across South East Asia. GAHL owns and operates plantations in Malaysia and Indonesia under the "Agro" banner. GAHL realized the need to deploy centralized procurement, finance, HR, accounting, and other support functions to the plantations under a shared services arrangement.
