The challenge was to ensure rapid information availability outside of the association. Infomercati created the Infomercati SIMA system to centrally store data - including quantity, cost by product and zone, and the number of transactions per market - for all products sold on Italy's food and agriculture markets as well as implemented the Oracle platform for development of a Web-based open standard solution.
