Overview

With more than 250 telecommuting employees, HealthPartners - a family of nonprofit health care organizations based in Minnesota - was in need of a system to secure the hundreds of PCs that will be connecting to the central network via always-on broadband connections. HealthPartners implemented a combined solution of ZoneAlarm and ZoneAlarm Pro to guard against unauthorized persons accessing the network as well as from infiltration by viruses hidden in emails, Trojan horse programs, and spyware that secretly transmits data back to the hacker.
