TechNet Webcast: How Microsoft IT Does Intrusion Detection and Advanced Monitoring (Level 300)

Overview

Microsoft has one of the largest, most varied computing environments in the world, with a large user population and a huge number of clients, servers, and other devices. The presence of applications under development adds additional complexity to the environment. This webcast describes how the network security team at Microsoft monitors this environment in an effort to proactively detect and prevent security threats and to respond to security events when they occur.
