Overview

This paper explains how Aspen RAIL controllers enable enterprises to leverage 2, 3 or more redundant ISP links - the benefits being high application availability, internet supplier diversity, and smart internet traffic management yielding better performance, lower risk and lower cost. By being multiple-ISP-aware, the Aspen RAIL controller can mitigate against Internet DOS and DDOS attacks by moving traffic to alternate ISP links.
