Effective troubleshooting requires knowledge of the processes taking place. By knowing the process taken when a user attempts to logon, troubleshooting Outlook Web Access (OWA) logon issues becomes a whole lot easier. By understanding the flow of data and the different authentication methods, it is easier to determine where the logon attempt is failing and where to begin troubleshooting.
