Overview

TelCove, a subsidiary of Level3 communications, was challenged by rapid business growth as result of corporate mergers and acquisitions. TelCove successfully adopted SOA to support the resulting high degree of stovepipe implementations across multiple product lines and technologies. Since then, they've been able to reduce development times from two to three months down to two weeks and increased system performance by as much as 880 times.
