Dell Case Study: Bechtel

Overview

Bechtel is one of the world's largest privately owned enterprises. They wanted a lease that allowed would allow them to refresh their hardware primarily on a two year cycle, but with the flexibility to have varying lease periods to meet project requirements. Dell and Dell Financial Services stood out from the rest and provided a lease solution that fitted their specification. Opting for a series of six different leases on the CAD workstations, with each beginning and ending at different times, was a smart move on Bechtel's part.
