Overview
An individual's business has been profitable and successful for years, he understands the market, the product provides a solution to a critical need and he just signed a major national retailer that will mean significant expansion for his business. The only problem is that the individual keeps being told that he needs to implement EDI and he is not quite sure where to turn. The problem is not unique, in fact even companies that understand and use EDI often struggle with how much or how little attention to pay to EDI. This paper is the continuation of "Getting Strategic With EDI: The Stages of EDI Adoption in Mid-Sized Businesses."
