Overview
If the user connects to a shared database that is located on a remote computer, then he or she might not have access to Business Contact Manager for Outlook when the user is away from the office. However, now the user has the option of taking a copy of the Business Contact Manager database with them on their portable computer. The user can edit existing data and add new data in this offline database, and then synchronize the changes with the shared database when the user goes back online or reconnect to the remote computer.
