Overview

This feature of Turn on or off Cached Exchange Mode requires the user to use a Microsoft Exchange Server 2000, Exchange Server 2003, or Exchange Server 2007 account. Most home and personal accounts do not use Microsoft Exchange. Cached Exchange Mode provides the user with a better experience when he or she uses a Microsoft Exchange account. A copy of the mailbox is stored on the computer. This copy provides quick access to the data and is frequently updated with the mail server.
