Overview

This feature of Change the Cached Exchange Mode connection setting requires using a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 or Exchange Server 2007 account in Cached Exchange Mode. Most home and personal accounts do not use Microsoft Exchange. The Download Headers and then Full Items and Download Headers options are available only if the user uses a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 or Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 account.
