Recording Information in Journal

Overview

Journal automatically records actions that one chooses which relate to specific, selected contacts and places the actions in a Timeline view. In addition to tracking Microsoft Office Outlook items, such as e-mail, or other Microsoft Office documents, such as Microsoft Office Word or Microsoft Office Excel files, one can keep a record of any interaction that they want to remember - even something that is not located on the computer, such as a phone conversation or a handwritten letter that one mailed or received.
