Print an Outlook Address Book

Overview

When printing an Outlook address book, user chooses which fields of information to include. Two of the more common scenarios are described: printing names and mailing addresses and names and e-mail addresses. To print a list of names and e-mail addresses from a Global Address List, they need to add them to the Contacts folder.
