Overview

Technical Support International, Inc. (TSI) is a computer network consulting firm. TSI's application infrastructure and e-mail services were provided by a server running Windows Server 2003 and Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. It needed a stable, technologically advanced operating system that was easy to manage and capable of providing a solid foundation for its key business workload. Windows Server 2008 provided the answer to TSI's needs. Designed from the ground up as a 64-bit operating system, it was able to take advantage of the latest hardware and provide a robust and reliable foundation for Exchange Server 2007. The two products were designed with a common goal: to increase the reliability and flexibility of a business's e-mail infrastructure.
